Opening an Archive Attached to an Email in Microsoft Outlook

1. To open an archive file that is attached to an email in Microsoft Outlook, you need to first select the email, then double-click on the attachment in the "Preview Pane" as shown below:

2. After double-clicking the attachment, you should see the following dialog box:

3. Click on the Open it option to select it, then click the OK button. You should now see PicoZip appear with the attached archive file opened. You can now proceed to extract the contents of the archive file if you wish.
