1. Run PicoZip, then select Manage Backups from the Tools menu.
2. In the "Manage Backups" dialog box, select the Backup Set that you wish to schedule, then right click it. In the popup context menu that appears, select Copy Command-line to Clipboard. You can now close this window by clicking Close, then exit PicoZip.
3. Select Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scheduled Tasks.
4. Double click on Add Scheduled Task. Click Next.
5. In the "Scheduled Task Wizard" dialog box, select "PicoZip". Click Next.
6. Enter a name for this task, and select how often you would like to perform this task. Click Next.
7. Fill in any required scheduling information. Click Next.
8. Enter your user name and password (check with your system admin if you are not sure). Click Next.
9. Check the Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish option, then click Finish.
10. In the Run field, delete everything in this field, then paste from clipboard by right-clicking this field, and select Paste from the popup context menu. You should see the PicoZip command-line pasted into this field. Click OK.
Windows 98/ME
1. Run PicoZip, then select Manage Backups from the Tools menu.
