1. You will be asked to select the Zip file you want to repair. Locate your
Zip archive, then click the Open button.
2. You will be asked where to save the repaired file, and what filename to
use. By default, PicoZip will use the same filename as the damaged Zip file
with the word “_fixed” added at the end of the filename (e.g. Damaged.zip becomes
Damaged_fixed.zip). Click the Save button.
3. The View last Output dialog box will be displayed, showing you the
number of files that were recovered from the damaged Zip archive. Click the
Close button to return to PicoZip.
You can also access this feature from within Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer,
right click on the Zip file you wish to repair, then select Repair Zip Archive
from the popup context menu. After that, follow steps 2-3 above.
