1. In the PicoZip window, click the Open toolbar button, or choose Open Archive from the File menu. The Open Archive dialog box will appear.

2. In the Open Archive dialog box, locate the archive which you would like to add new files to, then click Open. The contents of the archive will be displayed in the PicoZip window.

3. Now, you can add files to this archive by dragging files from My Computer or Windows Explorer and dropping it on the PicoZip Window.

Extracting Files From An Archive

1. In the PicoZip window, click the Open toolbar button, or choose Open Archive from the File menu. The Open Archive dialog box will appear.

2. In the Open Archive dialog box, locate the archive which you would like to add new files to, then click Open. The contents of the archive will be displayed in the PicoZip window.

3. Now, you can extract files from this archive by dragging files from the PicoZip window and dropping it on the desired folder in Windows Explorer or on the Desktop.
