You can report any problems to us by emailing support@picozip.com or better
still, submit it through our online support form at http://www.picozip.com/support.html.
When emailing us with a problem, please include the following information:
1. When and how did the problem occur ?
2. Can you reproduce the problem ? If yes, please list down the steps.
3. Which version of PicoZip are you running ? You can get this information by choosing About from the Help menu.
4. Which version of Microsoft Windows are you using (95, 98, 98 Second Edition, ME, NT4, XP, 2000, etc.) ?
5. If there were any error messages shown, please include the full text of the error messages.
6. Any other information which you think may help us identify the cause of
this problem.
We welcome bug reports from anyone, regardless of whether you are a registered
user or not.
