Configuring Shell Extensions Tab You can configure the settings below by clicking on the Shell Extensions tab in the Configuration dialog box. · Enable shell extensions : Unchecking this option will disable all PicoZip shell extensions. We highly recommend that you leave this option enabled. · Cascaded context menu items : If this option is checked, PicoZip will place the context menu items you checked in the Items to Show in Context Menu section under a sub-menu. If you have many items in your context menu, you may want to check this option to reduce clutter.
· Display icons in context menu : If you check this option, PicoZip's icon will be shown next to its context menu items. This makes it easier to identify PicoZip's commands.
Items to Show in Context Menu You can select which PicoZip features you want to show in the Windows Explorer context menu. The Explorer context menu is shown when you : 1. Right-click one or more files and/or folders 2. Use your right mouse button to drag and drop one or more archive files in Windows Explorer. Store Path Info
: You can set to store relative or full path when using the “Add to Archive
…”, “Add to <Filename>”, “Add to <Filename>.EXE” and “Compress and
Email <Filename>” context menu items. · Archive
Type : The default archive file format used by the “Add to Archive
…”, “Add to <Filename>”, “Add to <Filename>.EXE” and “Compress and
Email <Filename>” context menu items. · Compression
: The default compression level used by the “Add to Archive …”, “Add
to <Filename>”, “Add to <Filename>.EXE” and “Compress and Email
<Filename>” context menu items. Information to Display in InfoTip PicoZip InfoTips are displayed when you position your mouse cursor over
an archive file for about one second. The InfoTip can show various information
about that archive file, which you can configure in this section by checking
the required items. The Test Area allows you to preview how your configured InfoTip will
look like. Just place your mouse cursor over the test area for about one second
