Miscellaneous Tab You can configure the settings below by clicking on the Miscellaneous tab in the Configuration dialog box. · Show comments when opening archive files : If checked, PicoZip will automatically display the comments of an archive when you open an archive that contains a comment.
· Always have PicoZip window stay on top : If checked, the main PicoZip window will always stay on top of other normal windows on your desktop.
· Show confirmation after compress : If checked, PicoZip will display a confirmation dialog box after performing a compression (add/create).
· Show confirmation after decompress : If checked, PicoZip will display a confirmation dialog box after performing a decompression (extraction). · Automatically show the open dialog box at startup : If checked, the Open dialog box will automatically be displayed every time you start PicoZip.*

Automatically show
the Wizard interface on startup : If checked, the Wizard will automatically
be displayed every time you start PicoZip.* * Note: These two options are mutually exclusive. You cannot check both options at the same time.
Shortcuts You can select whether you want PicoZip to create its shortcut on the Windows Desktop and/or Windows Start Menu. If you uncheck any of these options, PicoZip will delete the corresponding shortcut.
The Recently Used Files list is located under the File menu, and contains shortcuts to the most recently opened archives. Clicking any shortcut listed in the Recently Used Files list will open it. ·
Number of files to
show in Recent Files list : You can set the maximum number of shortcuts
to show in the list. · Clear obsolete items in Recent Files list on startup : If checked, PicoZip will automatically remove any shortcut in the list that no longer exist or is not accessible.
